PLEASE NOTE: If you are reserving Oasis Cottage only, there may be other guests in Lil’ Oasis, the attached apartment. Each unit has it’s own entrance and there are no shared spaces. Guests of Lil’ Oasis do not have access to the backyard.

    Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away minus $100 processing fee. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in minus $100 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

    ** No exceptions made due to travel delays, illness, personal reasons, weather conditions, no-shows, early departures or acts of God.**

  • The guest booking must be 25 or older and staying for the duration of the stay. No unregistered guests are allowed.

  • Yes! The beach is just steps away. A public easement adjoins the property.

House Rules:

  • No parties allowed

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • Must be 25 or older to book

  • Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am

  • There is a $500 security deposit hold released 7 days after checkout if no damage is noted

  • No unregistered guests allowed to sleep over

  • All guests must rinse off before entering hot tub

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am

  • No tampering with Wifi or security cameras

  • Any rule that is broken will result in immediate cancellation and a $500 fine
